You have quite a few office locations, which one should I call?
Talócity offices are located in areas to service customers in the local and surrounding areas. It is best to contact the location that is closest to your residence, as job assignments will be located in your geographic area. For help, use our branch locations page.
Does it cost anything to work through Talócity?
No. Talócity does not charge our employees to register for our services or to be placed on assignment.
How often will I be paid?
Talócity pays all employees on assignment weekly. Checks are available for pick-up in our staffing offices on Fridays.
Can I have my paycheck deposited directly into my checking or savings account?
Yes. We offer direct deposit pay to all associates. Simply bring in documentation from your bank with your checking or savings account number and within one to three weeks your pay will be posted directly into the account of your choice.
Do you offer medical benefits?
Yes we offer benefits. Immediately after completing one month on an assignment and 100 hours of work, employees are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, Term Life, Vision, and Disability Income Protection benefits. Enrollment is easy. Simply ask for a brochure highlighting each of these benefits at your local staffing office.
Do you only offer temporary assignments?
Talócity is able to offer a wide range of assignment options to our associates, giving you the flexibility to choose. With temporary, temporary-to-permanent placement, and direct hire options, you choose the job assignment that suits you best.
How does Talócity decide what job I am qualified for?
Talócity uses the comprehensive Performance Selection System (PSS) to ascertain your skill sets, job interests, and strengths to coordinate which assignments will provide the best match between you and our clients. This process consists of an application, reference checks, interview, assessments and orientation to determine the best on-the-job fit. Our experienced staff will always work their hardest to make the perfect fit.
When I sign up to work for Talócity, how quickly will I be placed on assignment?
Depending on open job assignments and your skill sets and work interests, job placement can happen as quickly as the day you register.
I heard you offer free training. How do I get signed up to start?
Talócity University is free to all our employees, allowing them to continually hone and expand upon their workforce skills. If you are not already signed with Talócity University please contact your local staffing office today! The only requirement is that you have internet access and an e-mail address. You'll be connected to an easy-to-access online training that is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Click here for information on our employee training program.
